Strategic plans

Strategic plans help departments set or update priorities, strengthen operations, ensure that employees & other stakeholders are working toward common goals, establish agreement for intended results, as well as assess & adjust the department's direction in response to a changing environment.

Marion County departments create strategic plans to identify five-year projections into future services & needs.
