Get in line with QLess

Avoid the crowds & save time when you need to visit us!

Through the free QLess app, you can enter a virtual queue via a mobile device or computer & receive real-time status updates. Use QLess to save a place in line virtually for the following departments:

• 911 Management
  Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
  
  
• Building Safety 
  Monday–Thursday, 7 a.m.–3:45 p.m.
  Friday, 9 a.m.–3:45 p.m.
  
  
• Code Enforcement
  Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
  
  
• Planning & Zoning
  Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

Once registered for an appointment, the QLess app will notify you via text when it's time to enter our lobby making it easier to closeout tasks in your vehicle while you wait!

A spot in line can be managed by text commands if you need to request more time, leave the line, ask for help, cancel an appointment, or be notified of the time remaining before you reach the front of the line.

You can also use one of two QLess kiosks in the lobby of the Growth Services building to select the type of service you need in-person. By entering your first name & last initial, then selecting the service type you need, you'll receive an estimated wait time.

Monitors in the lobby & a text notification on a mobile device are used to update those in the queue. When it is your turn, you'll be alerted via the lobby monitor or your mobile device.

It is important to note that QLess does not sell your data or transfer it to third parties; however, if you do not wish to use the QLess app, you can still can access all services as before in person. We'll see you soon!
