This MSTU was approved and implemented in 1994 with the assessments beginning to be collected on the property tax bills in November of 1995.

 

The current assessment is $50.00.  All revenues collected are expended within the community of Marion Oaks through the collection of a per parcel assessment levied against all affected lots within Marion Oaks.
