This program is free and available to the public.

The Marion County Government Speakers Bureau is a community outreach and educational program that pairs our leaders and professionals with community groups and organizations wanting to learn more about various county programs and services, as well as an array of other topics.

Speaker request guidelines

Please submit requests four weeks in advance of a scheduled meeting, conference or event to ensure enough time for scheduling.

Include the name and contact information of a host or representative who will be in attendance at the meeting or event.

A request will not be considered confirmed until a completed speaker request form is submitted and written response is received from a county staff contact.

Please confirm with the speaker one week prior to the presentation date by phone or email and include the arrival and presentation time, date, length of presentation and question-and-answer session, introduction or biographical information, audiovisual needs, the expected number of audience members and directions, if necessary.
