When you enter a county-endorsed event or program, you enter a public area where photography, audio, & video recording may occur.

Our events & programs are public events & generally occur in public areas. Therefore, our events & programs may, under certain circumstances, be subject to Florida’s open meetings & public records laws.

By entering the event premises, you...

• Consent to photography & recordings as well as the use thereof by our organization & representatives.
  • Images, photos, &/or videos may be used to
    • Promote similar county-endorsed events,
    • Highlight the event, &
    • Exhibit our organization's capabilities & departments.
• Release our organization & persons involved from any liability connected with the creation & use of photographs, images, video, &/or recordings.
• Waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use.
  • As well as any exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged.
• Waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by our organization or the person or entity designated to do so for the event or program.

You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, & release before entering the event.
