Summer 2026 - Rights-of-way acquisition phase begins when the project is at the 60% completion stage

Upon completion of R.O.W. acquisition - Construction phase begins

Upon completion of Phase A construction phase - Phase B begins

• SW 60th Ave - SW 43rd Court
• Design phase is funded
• R.O.W. & construction phases are not yet scheduled
