This MSTU provides recreation facilities to the residents & property owners of the Silver Springs Shores subdivision.

The facilities include three swimming pools, basketball, tennis & pickle ball courts, community & youth center.

Silver Springs Shores has a variety of rooms available for rentals to handle all your family parties and club meetings. 

Street lighting is also funded through this assessment.

These facilities are managed by our department & a citizen advisory board made up of five area residents appointed by the county commissioners.
