This MSTU provides recreation facilities to the residents & property owners of the Silver Springs Shores subdivision.

The facilities include three swimming pools, basketball, tennis & pickle ball courts, community & youth center.

Street lighting is also funded through this assessment.

The current millage rate is 3.0.  There are over 4300 lots within this MSTU which was created by a referendum in 1980 by the property owners at that time.
