Don’t become a victim!  Ladies can learn to protect  themselves at a Self Defense Lunch & Learn sponsored by the Marion County Parks and Recreation Department.  Master Instructor, Silvester  Edwards (a fifth degree Black Belt) will teach self-defense and escape techniques effective regardless of your size and strength. 

Please bring a covered dish to share for lunch!
