We Care-provides access to necessary volunteer medical services through referrals from Heart of Florida Healthcare for uninsured residents (not qualified for Medicaid) & with very low incomes. 

Health Care Responsibility Act (HCRA)- requires Counties to reimburse participating out-of-county hospitals for emergency or pre-approved non-emergency care provided to indigent residents when not available within the County.
