Marion County and City of Ocala residents can dispose of old or unneeded household electronics responsibly by recycling them for free at one of Marion County Solid Waste's special electronics recycling events held at rotating locations around the county. Accepted household electronics include:
- Televisions and remote controls.
- Cell phones and chargers.
- Stereos, CD players, radios, tape recorders
and personal music devices. |

- Digital clocks.
- Telephones and answering machines.
- Scanners, fax machines and printers. |
